The situation is getting out of control, how can a drama continue filming without its lead actress on set?

On 15th of August, at 3pm, the lead actress Han Ye Seul for KBS current airing drama Myung Wol the spy was spotted leaving the country at Incheon International airport. The production team claims they have not heard anything regarding this. In another news, KBS official promises to air Myong Wol the spy as scheduled on 16th of August.

Things are not looking very positive for Myung Wol the Spy, it has been struggling with viewer rating ever since it was aired. Many viewers criticized about its empty and un-engaging story plot, now with this unexpected disruption, I am not sure what they will broadcast tomorrow night.

We can’t comment too much given we only know what is released in the news, but for Han Ye Seul, I think she has lots of explaining to do and she needs to have a really good reason to abandon the drama half way.

Later on, the story will develop towards them go on separate ways, Yoo Seung Ho says, maybe he could only see the other two during the fight scenes in the future.   The filming schedule is really tight, they can only see each other on the set.  Yoo Seung Ho mentions he wants to buy pasta for Jae Hwan and have a good catch up when they finish this drama.

[K-DRAMA NEWS] City Hunter, first kiss between Lee Min Ho and Park Min Young

How do you get everyone talking? Show the kiss photos! Usually, photos like this are not shown until the drama airs, but I guess things can change especially when you are facing fierce competitions! It worked for me, obviously 😛

On 27th of April, the production team of ‘City Hunter’ has released photos on set featuring the first kiss between the leads, Lee Min Ho and Park Min Young.

This scene was shot on the 19th of April in a club at Gangnam, Seoul and took 1.5 hours to complete. Both actors showed great professionalism though a little awkward according to the news. In this scene, in order to help Park Min Young ‘s character in ‘City Hunter’ to complete her mission, the two pretend to be a couple.

According to the production team, this scene is a significant turning point for the leads in the drama..

[K-DRAMA NEWS] Secret Garden launching radio show

All the Secret Garden fans need to be well-informed of everything that is happening or going to happen to Secret Garden, 😉 one of the missions of this blog besides its other main goal to share about dramas.

We, the SG fans have gone through a lot together, I am just thrilled to see everyone here and we must say a big welcome some new voices.  Quote AnaPinay “More power” 😀

Ok, back to the news.  I was surprised to see this one, there will be a Secret Garden radio version to be aired through SBS Love FM (103.5 MHz ) starting from April 9th, according the producers on Friday 25th of March.

So it is going to be a radio show?  That is interesting. The best part is that they will keep all the voices of the original casts, including Hyun Bin, Ha Ji Won, Yoon Sang Hyun and Kim Sang Rang. and re-making it into a 16 episodes of radio program, the narrator will the actor Jeong In Ki who played Ra Im’s (Ha Ji Won) father in the drama.

I believe this is better than either musical or movie, at least this version keeps the original cast, the closest to the best, I am sure 😉

[ACTOR NEWS] Lee Da Hae and YooChun meet for their first script reading

MBC new drama ‘Good-bye Miss Ripley’ stars get together for their first script reading meeting on 21st of March, at MBC Ilsan Dream Centre. This drama schedules to air after ‘The Duo’.

The story, briefly, is about a woman whose life is made up with many lies, falls in love with two men but eventually ends up losing everything.

I am not sure which direction ‘Miss Ripley’ plans to take, melodrama or comedy. But this plot sounds familiar, a little similar to Lee Da Hae’s ‘My Girl’, don’t you think?
