I have noticed one thing while going through the pictures (there are so many of them)…not sure if you agree with me, Ha Ji Won seemed very happy and was having a great time at this event. 🙂
Thanks to the tips, ladies and May ;), yes indeed ‘Sector 7’ held its VIP premiere on the afternoon of 26th of July at Seoul CGV Wangshpri.
Ha Ji Won mentioned towards end of the filming, she was doing all the fighting scenes at the end by herself, she felt alone physically and emotionally. She has lost her senses by the end of it all. Director Kim Ji Hoon mentioned Ha Ji Won filmed the movie without resting for 15 nights, and she was saline drips when she was weak. Despite all the hard work, Ha Ji Won was still dedicated to her role until the end.
‘Sector 7’ will be in theatres on August 4th.

[UPDATED] Ha Ji Won shed tears while thinking back about the filming process and the day it actually will be presented to the public, it’s like a dream for her. It was a challenging role for her to play, it was hard and she did not know if she could survive. It has been a long wait and now it feels like a dream for her to complete this piece of work. (Sorry about my awkward translation :P, hope it makes sense. I wanted to make sure I have explained this well ;)).

Scheduled to premiere on 4th of August, in ‘Sector 7’, Ha Ji Won plays an experienced drilling equipment manager who fights with sea monsters. The recent stills revealed her strong and sexy physique form with well build muscles, especially her shoulder and bottom.
These stills are from Ha Ji Won’s movie ‘Sector 7’, a science thriller directed by Kim JI Hoon. The story is about a monster that has transformed because of a virus.

It is announced that Ha Ji Won will participate a movie by director Jang Cheol Soo, ‘Hi Anna’ after ‘Korea’ on 25th of March. The details of when to start filming is to be determined, after the completion of ‘Korea’.
Director Jang Cheol Soo is most famous for his movie ‘Bedevilled’, a well acclaimed movie from 2010. Though it is only the first movie Jang has directed, ‘Bedevilled’ has won various awards in many movie events, such as Best of Bucheon, Best new director, Best actress and the list just goes on and on.
This team is sure something to look out for, a talented best new director Jang Cheol Soo, with talented and the most versatile actress, Ha Ji Won.
In ‘Hi Anna’, Ha Ji Won will play a warrior who fights in a city alone. The producer /director Yoon Jae-kyun who has worked with Ha Ji Won many times, claims Ha Ji Won will be like Angelina Jolie of Korea in this movie.
Actress Bae Doo Na has confirmed to play the character of Yi Bun Hui in Ha Ji Won’s new movie ‘Korea’, a North Korean table tennis player who teamed up with Hyeon Jeong Hwa (Ha’s character) to play as a double against the Chinese team in the world table tennis championship held in 1991, Chiba Japan.
I am feeling excited about the news as Bae Doo Na is an other great actress with depth from Korea, I don’t know about the story nor the characters, only know it is a story about lives of great athletes. To be outstanding in physical forms, the athletes need to have great inner strength, something I see in both actresses. I can already see them working well together and bringing great on-screen chemistry to this movie with their individual charm.
‘Korea’ will finalize the rest of the crew soon and start filming in April.

I have a feeling this movie will be another great one by Ha Ji Won. The story is inspiring and moving, plus Ha Ji Won’s dedication and skills, ‘Korea’ is definitely something to look forward to.
